2008–2017: Technical Leader at Microsoft, working on the Microsoft Azure enterprise cloud and Dynamics 365 platform R&D. 2017–present: Technical Expert and Product Director at Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd., working on the R&D of core infrastructure software including toolchains, programming languages, and IDEs. During his time at Huawei, he has served successively as Chief Technical Expert and Project Manager, working on Huawei's mobile AI R&D tools, the company-wide AI R&D platform, the Huawei Ascend AI chip toolchain, and the HarmonyOS toolchain, among other initiatives. Since 2021, he has been responsible for the R&D of Huawei's programming language and IDE infrastructure software, serving as Program Director. He leads the core technology R&D of proprietary and independently-controlled programming languages and IDE development tools, and has made significant contributions to the technical planning, productization, and industry adoption of domestically-developed application programming languages.
