GOSIM Paris 2026 brings together hundreds of open-source developers, researchers, and industry leaders at STATION F in Paris on May 5–6, 2026. We’re looking for passionate volunteers to help make it happen.
Volunteers play a key role across the event, including:
| Area | Responsibilities |
|---|---|
| Registration & Check-in | Welcome attendees, distribute badges and materials |
| Session Support | Assist speakers, manage room logistics, help with A/V setup |
| Wayfinding | Guide attendees around STATION F, answer questions |
| Stage Coordination | Help keep sessions on schedule across multiple tracks |
| Community Engagement | Support networking activities, workshops, and demos |
Anyone who is enthusiastic about open source and available in Paris on May 5–6, 2026. No prior event experience required — we provide all the training you need. Bilingual volunteers (English/French or other languages) are especially welcome.
Volunteers are expected to commit to at least one full day (May 5 or May 6). Some roles may require availability on May 4 for setup. Shift schedules will be shared in advance so you can also enjoy the conference.
