Open-Source, Openness and Standardization of Large Models

This presentation will share China’s relevant policies and standards for open-source models, introduce the country’s advancements in the open-sourcing of AI models and the development of open-source licenses, and demonstrate the development status and operational mechanisms of Chinese open-source communities, including the Mulan Open Source Community.. It will also promote joint efforts between China and the international community in incubating open-source projects, promoting the openness of AI models, and advancing cooperation in standardization.
