Mike Basios

Mike Basios is Co-Founder and CTO of TurinTech AI, a London-based AI company pioneering automated code optimisation. He leads the development of Artemis, an agentic platform that uses evolutionary algorithms and multi-LLM orchestration to optimise software for performance, cost, and correctness — deployed by leading hardware vendors, financial institutions, and enterprises focused on improving the quality and performance of their code. A UCL PhD graduate, Mike has authored peer-reviewed papers on evolutionary software optimisation and is a recipient of the ACM GECCO Human-Competitive Results Award.
