Pierre-Yves, originally a software development engineer, is the CEO of OW2 since 2022: a European non-profit FOSS foundation, we host open source projects, promote them, animate a community mixing academics, companies, public bodies, foundations, associations and individuals, promote FOSS by organizing or participating to professional events,
and advocate for it at political and social levels. OW2 is also involved in the NGI and Open Internet Stack EU FOSS funding programmes.
