Hang Chen

ISO/IEC JTC1/SC38 international standard registration expert, has participated in multiple national policies and planning guidelines in the open source field, and planned the first open source system in the defense field. Participated in the key research and development plan of the National Science and Technology Department, launched the Mulan open source community and China's first and only Mulan PSL v2 international open source license. Compiled "Open Source Laws, Policies and Practices (2nd Edition)", established open source industry standards, and is committed to promoting the open source and openness of AI large models.
