Participated in the key research and development plan of the National Science and Technology Department, launched the Mulan open source community and China's first and only Mulan PSL v2 international open source license. Compiled "Open Source Laws, Policies and Practices (2nd Edition)", established open source industry standards, and is committed to promoting the open source and openness of AI large models.
