Peter Ide-Kostic

Peter Ide-Kostic is EU Policy Lead at OpenMined, where he leads the organisation's engagement in Europe on AI governance, data policy, and privacy-preserving technologies. His work is closely aligned with OpenMined's mission to enable secure, collaborative, and accountable access to data and AI, and to promote an open approach to innovation that strengthens trust, serves the public interest, and reinforces Europe's technological sovereignty. He brings 15 years of experience in European technology policy, including as a European Parliament official working with the secretariats of the LIBE, AIDA and IMCO Committees, as well as the STOA Panel.
