Wei Wang is the Director of the Open Source Technology Committee at Singularity Intelligence Research Institute, Head of the Open Source Governance Standards Working Group at the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology's Electronics Standards Institute, Secretary-General of the UN Consultative Open Source Innovation Committee, and Professor at East China Normal University. He is a Distinguished Member of CCF. He led the development of China's first set of open source governance standards, with research focusing on open source governance and evaluation. He has published over 100 papers in top conferences and journals including ICSE, WWW, and ACL.
