He has been a technical executive / product leader / ML Engineer with experience in several industries and an thought leader in the Python open data science community (PyData) with over 1000 citations of his academic articles. His work specializes in developing new technology from the ground up, scaling to large systems, and building a support team to operationalize products. He is a co-creator of the popular Dask distributed computing framework, the Conda package manager, and the SymPy symbolic computing library.
